Instructions
Add eggs, cottage cheese, melted butter, maple syrup, baking powder, and oats to a blender and blend until smooth.
Preheat the waffle maker and spray with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter per waffle and cook until browned.
Serve waffles with your favorite toppings.
