Cottage Cheese Flatbreads Recipe

Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil plus extra for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Mix cottage cheese, flour, egg, salt, and 2 tbsp olive oil to form a soft dough.
  • Let the dough rest for 5–10 minutes, then divide into small portions and flatten into circles.
  • Heat a skillet with a little olive oil over medium heat.
  • Cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
  • Stack warm flatbreads under a towel until ready to serve.

Notes

Use a non-stick skillet for easier cooking and less oil.
