  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk or almond milk (optional) for blending if needed

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
  • Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth, adding milk if needed to help blend.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
