Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F and line trays with parchment paper.
Crush 10 Oreo cookies in a zip lock bag and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add egg and vanilla, mix well, then combine with dry ingredients.
Fold in crushed Oreos, scoop dough onto trays, and add extra Oreos on top.
Bake for 11 minutes until golden brown, then cool on the sheet.
Notes
Cookies may look underdone but will firm up as they cool.
