Ingredients
  

Noodles

  • 1 pack Asian noodles of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru Korean red pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp peanut sesame paste
  • 2 tbsp water Adjust for sauce consistency

Optional Garnishes

  • to taste Cucumber strips
  • to garnish Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine Gochugaru, sesame seeds, spring onion, and garlic in a heatproof bowl.
  • Heat vegetable oil until shimmering, then pour over spice mixture.
  • Add soy sauce and vinegar, stirring until combined. Mix peanut sesame paste with water until smooth.
  • Combine the peanut sesame sauce with the spice mixture. Cook noodles, rinse in cold water, drain, and place in a bowl.
  • Pour sauce over noodles, top with cucumber and sesame seeds, then serve.

Notes

Adjust water for desired sauce consistency and add cucumber for freshness.
