Streusel Topping

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk.
Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
Prepare streusel topping and sprinkle over muffin batter.
Bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
