Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking oil spray. Mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and seeds in the pan.
Stir in almond milk, vanilla extract, applesauce, and maple syrup.
Pulse ⅓ cup oats in a food processor with butter, sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly.
Top oatmeal mixture with crumb topping.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set and topping is crisp.
Notes
Drizzle with melted nut butter for extra flavor!
