Ingredients
  

Tuna Patties

  • 3 cans tuna, drained 5-ounce / 142 grams each
  • 10 tablespoons italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons diced onion
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk eggs and lemon juice in a bowl until blended.
  • Add bread crumbs and Parmesan, mixing until smooth.
  • Fold in tuna and onion, seasoning with pepper.
  • Form into 8 patties, about 1 inch thick.
  • Cook in hot oil for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
  • Let rest on paper towels, then serve warm.
