  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream for whipping

  • Macerate the strawberries with sugar.

  • Serve with a dollop of vanilla whipped cream.
