Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • 150 grams pancetta diced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Salt

  • 1 tbsp salt for pasta water

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
  • Fry pancetta until crispy.
  • Beat eggs with grated Parmesan and pepper.
  • Drain pasta, then toss with pancetta and egg mixture off heat.
  • Serve immediately with extra cheese and pepper.
