Classic Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • 150 grams pancetta diced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
  • Cook pancetta in a skillet until crispy.
  • Whisk eggs and Parmesan in a bowl.
  • Combine hot pasta with pancetta, then remove from heat and stir in egg mixture.
  • Season with black pepper and serve immediately.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
