Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Combine peaches with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch; let sit for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; stir in milk and melted butter until combined.
Pour batter into the dish, top with peach mixture without stirring, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm, ideally with ice cream or whipped cream.
