Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Combine peaches with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and melted butter; stir until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared dish. Spoon peaches over the batter without stirring.
Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
