Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Layer bread cubes, cooked sausage, and cheese in the baking dish.
Pour egg mixture over the layers and press down slightly.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
