Instructions
Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a drizzle of sesame oil.
Marinate the beef with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook beef for 3-4 minutes until browned, then set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
Return beef to skillet, add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 2 minutes, then add noodles and toss to combine. Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
