Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray.
Pit, peel, and slice peaches; cook with water, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg for 5 minutes.
Pour peaches into the baking dish and sprinkle with cut cinnamon rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until golden.
Drizzle icing over the cobbler before serving.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for best flavor and adjust baking time if needed.
