Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup white sugar *
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Filling

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cups dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Icing

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1 tbsp sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (room temperature)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 tsp milk (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉/180℃. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Notes

Ensure the butter is softened for easier mixing.
