Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Cream butter with sugars until fluffy, then beat in egg and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
Prepare filling, spread half dough, sprinkle filling, and roll tightly.
Slice, place on baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
