Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
Mix dry ingredients and combine with wet ingredients to form batter.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon for filling; sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for icing and drizzle over cooled cake.
