Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Mix batter ingredients until just combined. Pour into prepared dish.
Prepare cinnamon topping and spread evenly over batter.
Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Prepare glaze and spread over cooled cake.
