Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted slightly cooled
  • 3/4 cup salted butter, softened 1 1/2 sticks

Topping

  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

Glaze

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 5 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix batter ingredients until just combined. Pour into prepared dish.
  • Prepare cinnamon topping and spread evenly over batter.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Prepare glaze and spread over cooled cake.

Notes

Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before glazing for best results.
