  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

wet ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons confectioners sugar (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Grease a microwave-safe bowl with cooking spray.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add wet ingredients and stir until thick batter forms.
  • Transfer batter to a mug, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, swirl gently.
