Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Bake bread slices for 5 minutes, flip, then bake another 5 minutes.
Combine milk, flax seed, tofu, cinnamon, vanilla, syrup, and salt in a blender; pulse until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
Heat a pan on medium and grease with butter or spray oil.
Dip bread slices in batter, then fry for 3 minutes per side until crispy.
Serve topped with fried apples, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced fried apples on top before serving.
