Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour an 8.5x4.5-inch loaf pan.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs, then mix in flour mixture and milk alternately.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and apples. Layer half the batter, half the apple mixture, and repeat. Swirl with a knife.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for 15-20 minutes, then whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over bread. Cool completely before slicing.
