Cilantro lime crema

sour cream or Greek yogurt with lime juice and zest
Instructions
Whisk olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
Marinate steak for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Cook steak in a hot skillet 3-4 minutes per side until medium rare, then rest.
Slice steak against the grain and assemble bowls with rice, beans, corn, avocado, steak, and toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak longer or add hot sauce to the crema.
