Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the springform pan with parchment paper.
Roll out crescent dough, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the baked crust.
Bake for 30 minutes until edges are set. Let cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
Release from pan, slice, and serve with caramel or chocolate sauce if desired.
