Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the springform pan with parchment paper.
  • Roll out crescent dough, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the baked crust.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until edges are set. Let cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
  • Release from pan, slice, and serve with caramel or chocolate sauce if desired.

Notes

For an extra treat, drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce before serving.
