Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1.5 cups chopped strawberries and/or raspberries
  • 1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt (224g)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash cinnamon
  • 0.5 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1.25 cups chocolate chips (220g)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and protein powder until smooth; fold in berries.
  • Scoop 10 clusters onto parchment; freeze for 1 hour.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil; cool slightly.
  • Dip clusters into chocolate; freeze for 10-20 minutes until set.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in freezer; let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.

Notes

For best texture, let the clusters sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
