Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash 3/4 of the banana and whisk in the egg.
Add maple syrup and vanilla extract, then fold in dry ingredients.
Pour batter into a greased ramekin and bake for 18-22 minutes.
Let cool, then top with sliced banana and desired toppings.
