Oatmeal

  • 0.5 cup oatmeal

Chia Seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Peanut Butter

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Almond Milk

  • 1.5 cups almond milk

Maple Syrup

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place the oatmeal in a blender and process until it resembles flour.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, add ice before blending.
