  • 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Garnish

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  • Add almond butter, honey, milk, and peppermint extract; stir until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  • Press mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then cut into squares and garnish with mint leaves.
