Instructions
Line a baking pan with wax paper.
Process dates and nuts until fine and uniform.
Add remaining ingredients and process until mixture clumps.
Roll 1 tablespoon of dough into balls and place on pan.
Store in an airtight container in fridge or freezer.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
