Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons Pea protein blend
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut shredded or flaked
  • 1 tablespoon Flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Monk fruit juice concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon Natural chocolate flavour

Liquid

  • 1 cup Liquid (unsweetened vanilla oat, coconut, or almond milk)

Instructions
 

  • Pour oats and dry ingredients into a jar or bowl.
  • Add liquid and stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight for overnight oats.
  • For instant oats, add boiling water and sit for 5-10 minutes.
