Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup vanilla or cookie dough–flavored protein powder
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Wet ingredients

  • cup natural almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1–2 tbsp milk (as needed)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop collagen or adaptogen blend (optional)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut for rolling (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix almond flour, protein powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
  • Add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and mix until dough forms. Add milk as needed.
  • Stir in mini chocolate chips.
  • Roll dough into 1 tablespoon-sized balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer.
