Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 84 g coconut flour
  • 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup baking stevia

Wet ingredients

  • 243 g egg whites
  • 2 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 228 g mashed banana
  • 30 g mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin with liners or spray with non-stick spray.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mash banana and combine with egg whites, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Add dry mixture to wet ingredients and fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffin liners and bake for 19-22 minutes.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
