Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin with liners or spray with non-stick spray.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mash banana and combine with egg whites, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Add dry mixture to wet ingredients and fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffin liners and bake for 19-22 minutes.
