  • 1 cup milk

Fruits

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 0.5 cup frozen bananas

Add-ins

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla
  • as needed Stevia drops to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, berries, bananas, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a blender.
  • Process until creamy.
  • Taste and stir in stevia drops if needed.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness with stevia to your preference.
