Instructions
Combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and adobo sauce to make the marinade.
Add chopped chipotle pepper and minced garlic, then stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour marinade over venison in a resealable bag, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove venison from marinade and grill 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
