Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, spray with oil, and set aside.
Spray a wok or large pan with oil, cook beef, onion, peppers, ginger, and garlic until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
Mix soy sauces, maple syrup, sambal oelek, and tomato paste in a bowl.
Add sauce to beef mixture, then toss in noodles until coated and heated through. Season with black pepper and garnish with spring onions.
Notes
Use lean beef and spray oil to keep it light. Adjust spice level with sambal oelek.
