Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook garlic for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, cook 2-3 minutes per side, then remove.
In the same skillet, add chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water; simmer.
Add noodles, toss to coat, cook 2 minutes, then add shrimp, drizzle with sesame oil, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Adjust spice level with more or less chili garlic sauce.
