Ingredients
  

Noodles

  • 12 ounces noodles (asian style like ramen)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ medium onion sliced
  • 5 green onions green onions divided
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Korean chili pepper flakes gochugaru
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce low sodium
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup mirin
  • 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Mix chili flakes, sugar, soy sauces, oyster sauce, mirin, and dark soy in a bowl.
  • Heat peanut oil, cook beef until charred, then flip and break apart.
  • Add onion, green parts, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  • Add noodles, pour sauce, stir to coat, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Drizzle sesame oil and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds.
