Instructions
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 2 minutes per side, then set aside.
Heat remaining butter, sauté rice until golden, then add water, apple juice, apple, onion, raisins, and seasoning. Bring to boil.
Place chicken over rice, cover, and simmer 15-20 minutes until cooked and rice is tender.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
