Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 oz Pasta of choice

Protein

  • 12 oz Grilled chicken chunks Cooked and cut into small pieces

Vegetables and beans

  • 1 cup Canned corn drained
  • 1 cup Canned black beans drained
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo

Dressing

  • 1 cup Bolthouse Farms Cilantro Avocado Dressing

Garnish

  • Chopped cilantro Chopped cilantro optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then rinse with cold water.
  • Drain beans and corn; microwave chicken and cut into pieces.
  • Combine pasta, chicken, corn, beans, and pico de gallo in a large bowl.
  • Pour dressing over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime before serving.
