Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, then rinse with cold water.
Drain beans and corn; microwave chicken and cut into pieces.
Combine pasta, chicken, corn, beans, and pico de gallo in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime before serving.
