Instructions
Boil water and cook ramen noodles for 2 minutes, then drain.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper to make the sauce.
Stir-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil until golden, then remove from pan.
Stir-fry vegetables and aromatics in remaining oil, then add chicken and noodles. Toss with sauce and heat through.
Garnish with green parts of green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh vegetables for best flavor and texture.
