Instructions
Chop the chicken, shred the romaine, and slice the tomatoes.
Blend dressing ingredients in a food processor, then mix with romaine and tomatoes.
Combine chopped chicken with pesto in a large bowl.
Assemble wraps with salad mixture and pesto chicken, then fold and toast if desired.
Notes
Feel free to add extra pesto or Parmesan for more flavor.
