  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
  • Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Pat chicken dry, then toss in the seasoning mixture to coat evenly.
  • Arrange chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest a few minutes before serving.
