  • 1.5 lb Springer mountain farms chicken breast
  • 1.5 tsp paprika OliveNation
  • 1.5 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder OliveNation
  • 0.5 tsp thyme
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 12 oz gluten free farfalle pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Gluten Free Flour
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 12 oz shredded parmesan
  • 0.25 cup pasta water
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Mix paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pound chicken and season on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil, sear chicken 5 minutes per side, then cook covered for 10-12 minutes. Remove and slice.
  • Melt butter, add shallots, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, then stir in flour. Pour in chicken broth and cream, whisk until smooth.
  • Add Parmesan, stir until melted, then combine with pasta. Thin sauce with pasta water, add sliced chicken, toss, and serve.

Notes

Use high-quality Parmesan for best flavor and consider adding fresh herbs for extra freshness.
