Instructions
Boil pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Mix paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pound chicken and season on both sides.
Heat olive oil, sear chicken 5 minutes per side, then cook covered for 10-12 minutes. Remove and slice.
Melt butter, add shallots, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and cook 1 minute. Stir in flour, then add chicken broth and cream, whisk until smooth.
Add Parmesan, stir until melted, then combine with pasta. Thin sauce with pasta water, add sliced chicken, toss, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
