Ingredients
  

Cooking Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cut into strips

Peppers

  • 2 peppers Peppers Cut into strips (different colors)

Small Onion

  • 1 small Small Onion Sliced into strips

Fajita Seasoning

  • 1.12 ounces Packet of Fajita Seasoning

Water

  • 0.25 cup Water

Prepared Rice

  • 8.5 ounces Prepared Rice Cilantro and Lime Flavor

Sour Cream

  • 0.33 cup Sour Cream

Monterey Jack Cheese

  • 1.5 cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Large Tortillas

  • 7-8 tortillas Burrito Size Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and cook chicken for 3 minutes until no longer pink, then add vegetables.
  • Cook vegetables and chicken for 3-5 minutes, add water and seasoning, stir until cooked and slightly soft.
  • Remove from heat, cover, and prepare rice. Mix cooked rice with sour cream.
  • Assemble wraps with rice mixture, chicken, and cheese, then roll into burritos.
  • Optional: Toast wraps in a pan for extra flavor.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the wraps before serving.
