Instructions
Heat oil and cook chicken for 3 minutes until no longer pink, then add vegetables.
Cook vegetables and chicken for 3-5 minutes, add water and seasoning, stir until cooked and slightly soft.
Remove from heat, cover, and prepare rice. Mix cooked rice with sour cream.
Assemble wraps with rice mixture, chicken, and cheese, then roll into burritos.
Optional: Toast wraps in a pan for extra flavor.
