Prepared Rice

  • 8.5 Ounce Prepared Rice Cilantro and Lime Flavor

Sour Cream

  • 0.33 Cup Sour Cream

Monterey Jack Cheese

  • 1.5 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken strips and cook for 3 minutes until no longer pink.
  • Stir in peppers and onions; cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add water and fajita seasoning; mix well.
  • Prepare rice, then mix with sour cream.
  • Layer rice, chicken, and cheese on a tortilla, then roll up.
