Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat chicken dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in skillet, cook chicken until golden, about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add couscous, garlic, and thyme to skillet; toast for 2–3 minutes. Deglaze with chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Return chicken to skillet, add lemon slices, then bake in oven for 15 minutes until cooked through and couscous puffs up.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
