Salad Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1.5 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
  • 1/3 cup caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup homemade croutons
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)

Instructions
 

  • Combine lettuce, chicken, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons in a bowl. Toss well and season with salt and pepper.
  • Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.
  • Place tortillas on a surface, fill with salad mixture, fold sides, and roll up.
  • Secure with a toothpick if needed and cut in half or serve whole.

Notes

For extra flavor, add some sliced avocado or cherry tomatoes.
