Instructions
Combine lettuce, chicken, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons in a bowl. Toss well and season with salt and pepper.
Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.
Place tortillas on a surface, fill with salad mixture, fold sides, and roll up.
Secure with a toothpick if needed and cut in half or serve whole.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some sliced avocado or cherry tomatoes.
