Instructions
Brush chicken with olive oil, season with garlic, salt, and pepper, then grill for 6–7 minutes per side. Slice thinly.
Toss romaine with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet.
Layer lettuce, chicken, Parmesan, lemon juice, and croutons on tortillas, then roll up and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of black pepper or a squeeze of lemon.
